- Pricing is transparent and wallet-billed: you top up a balance and pay per message and per voice minute, with no long-term lock-in.
- Do I pay for the WhatsApp conversation fees?
- Meta charges per-conversation fees that are passed through transparently and billed from your wallet alongside platform usage.
- Can I get enterprise pricing?
- Yes. Contact sales for volume discounts, dedicated numbers, and enterprise onboarding.
- What happens if I release a phone number early?
- Phone numbers are billed as a monthly rental on a 30-day cycle, charged in advance. Releasing a number before the cycle ends does not earn a refund or credit for the remaining days. If you no longer want a number, use “Cancel renewal” to keep it working until the end of the period you already paid for — it is then released automatically with no further charge.
